Trúc Matcha is 100% pure, first-harvest ceremonial-grade matcha sourced directly from Wazuka, Kyoto, Japan. We work with small-batch tea farmers who follow traditional cultivation methods to ensure a smooth, umami-rich taste without bitterness. Our matcha is stone-milled, vibrant in color, and packed with antioxidants and L-Theanine for a balanced energy boost.

❀ Sift 1/2 tsp (2g) of matcha into a bowl.

❀ Add 2 oz warm water (140-175°F).

❀ Whisk using a bamboo whisk in a zig-zag motion until frothy.

❀ Enjoy as is or add more water/milk for your preferred taste.

(For a matcha latte, follow the same process and pour over 4-6 oz of your choice of milk!)

❀ Store it in a cool, dry place away from light, heat, and humidity.

❀ Keep the tin tightly sealed after each use.
