How to Prepare the Perfect Cup!!!

Traditional Matcha (Usucha – Thin Style)

1. Sift 1/2 tsp (2g) matcha into a bowl.
2. Add 2 oz warm water (140-175°F).
3. Whisk in a zig-zag motion until frothy.
4. Enjoy as-is or add more water to taste..

Matcha Latte

1. Add 1/2 tsp matcha to a cup.
2. Add 2 oz warm water and whisk until smooth.
3. Pour over 4-6 oz warm or iced milk.
4. Sweeten as desired and enjoy!!
